Opticks

Opticks is a video game prototype using physics based movement to explore  a colour shift mechanic developed by our team. The name comes from Isaac Newton’s theory of colour. 

As you progress through the game, you unlock the ability to phase through the 3 primary colours by toggling the active colour of light to overcome obstacles as fast as possible.

The Opticks prototype was created during the first Full Circle CS Game Jam.

Our team has further developed this prototype which we took to  the Level-up ShowCase event in Toronto Ontario.
